His broad knowledge of Internet technologies includes e-commerce, content management, Internet marketing, and social media thrives on challenging, complex projects.
He has worked with a range of companies, from small and mid-sized businesses to the Fortune 500, across many industries including manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical, high-tech, retail, finance, education, and government. Bill has helped clients such as Ernst & Young, Time Warner Cable, Abbott Laboratories, and Verizon with their implementation of enterprise collaboration solutions. He also provides expert advice and Internet services to many small businesses in the Boston area. Bill worked for many years as a Quality Management Consultant, coaching workgroups in setting quality standards, measuring customer satisfaction, and improving business processes.
Bill received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Bentley College and has an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. Away from work, Bill likes to spend time with his wife and children and coach sports, and he enjoys photography and hiking.
